All UK orders placed before 3pm (Monday – Friday) will be sent out for Next Working Day Delivery.

NEXT DAY Delivery option is subject to location and Royal Mail terms

STP SUPPLIES shall not be liable for any loss of earnings due to late or no delivery of parcels from our chosen courier. Once the parcel has left our premises we have fulfilled our contract with the customer and the responsibility is on the customer to select the correct delivery method via text and email alerts from Royal Mail.

STP SUPPLIES will work with the customer to locate via tracking details and help where possible
