Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

Last updated: 15 September 2026

We want customers to receive their orders in satisfactory condition. This policy explains returns, cancellations and refunds and does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

Consumer cancellation rights

For eligible consumer online orders, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to statutory exceptions and conditions.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, goods should normally be returned within the applicable legal timeframe and must be handled in accordance with the requirements of the relevant consumer legislation.

Health, hygiene and sealed products

Certain health, hygiene or sealed products may be exempt from cancellation or return once their protective seal has been broken, where permitted by law. This can apply where returning the product would make it unsuitable for resale for health or hygiene reasons.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged or altered may not be eligible for return where a legal exception applies.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@stpaestheticsupplies.co.uk. Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other information that helps us assess the issue.

We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be made using the original payment method, subject to the applicable legal requirements and any permitted deductions or conditions.

Refund processing times can vary depending on the payment provider and bank.

Business and wholesale orders

Business and wholesale orders may be subject to different contractual terms, including specific ordering, cancellation and return arrangements. Where applicable, those terms will take precedence for the relevant business transaction, subject always to mandatory legal rights.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer or other applicable legislation.
