Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds for purchases made from STP Aesthetic Supplies.

Consumer orders

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us at info@stpaestheticsupplies.co.uk. Where applicable, goods should be returned without undue delay and in accordance with the instructions we provide.

Sealed products and health or hygiene items

Some products supplied by STP Aesthetic Supplies are sealed for health, hygiene or safety reasons.

Where applicable law provides an exception to the cancellation right for sealed goods, the right to cancel does not apply once the seal has been broken or the product has been unsealed.

If you are unsure whether a product can be returned once opened, please contact us before opening or using it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at info@stpaestheticsupplies.co.uk as soon as possible.

Please keep the product and packaging where possible until we have advised you what to do.

Where required by law, we will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Condition of returned goods

Where a return is permitted, products should be returned in the condition required by law and, where applicable, in their original packaging.

We may be unable to accept a return where a product has been used, damaged or unsealed in circumstances where the law allows us to refuse the return.

This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will normally be made to the original payment method and within the timeframe required by law.

Where required by law, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded. Any additional cost for an upgraded delivery service may not be refundable.

Business and wholesale orders

Different cancellation and return rights may apply to business and wholesale purchases. These orders may be subject to agreed business terms and applicable law.
